Less is More

In today's digital age, it's all too easy to fall into the trap of mindlessly scrolling through online stores and making impulsive purchases on things that we don't really need.
Not only is this bad for our wallets, but it's also harmful to the environment, as many of these items end up in landfills or contribute to carbon emissions through shipping.

Interview

First, I had an interview with Aries, during which I discovered that he had a persistent issue of frequently purchasing useless items online. This habit was not only affecting his financial
well-being but also causing clutter and stress in his life. Recognizing the significance of this problem, I embarked on a mission to create a solution that could help individuals like Aries break free from such detrimental online shopping behaviors.
Developing an innovative app became the focal point of my efforts. This app aimed not only to curtail impulsive and unnecessary online purchases but also to cultivate mindful and conscious shopping habits. The overarching goal was to assist users in making more informed decisions about their online expenditures while promoting a healthier relationship with material possessions.
Focus Group

In a focus group research conducted on March 6, 2023, with 2022 Fall students having an average age of 27 years, the aim was to gather insights into the phenomenon of compulsive online shopping and strategies to overcome it. The research format involved asking participants five key questions related to their online shopping behaviors and habits.
